What have you done to reduce your CO2 emissions?
We are very conscious of recycling and making the most of all re-useable items. We try to minimise all electricity within the office as well as the drop zone by switching off all lights when not in use. 90% of our communication with customers is via email to reduce the amount of paper being used. We also recycle old mobile phones and much of our customer information is laminated and displayed at the centre so that we can eliminate paper wastage.
How has your organisation worked together to reduce carbon emissions?
Many staff at our centre Car pool, we make the most of materials and recycle as much as possible. We offer customers the option to travel by train. Whenever possible, we ensure that all flights are at their full capacity in order to reduce the total number of flights per day.
